RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Striped Dynasty Kennels, every order is produced with care and many of our products  are made to order or released in limited quantities. Due to the custom nature of our merchandise, we encourage customers to review all product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing their purchase. 

APPAREL

All apparel sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for apparel due to incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution. 

ACCESSORIES

Unused accessories may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery , provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the claim promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

Orders may only be cancelled prior to production. Once production has begun, orders  cannot be cancelled or modified.
